Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your order — but since most of our products are made to order, we have a strict return policy. Please read carefully before placing your order.
1. Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days.

We’ll investigate and offer a solution (replacement or refund, case by case).
Custom designs and personalized items are not returnable unless there is a confirmed production error.
2. Damaged Stickers After Application
If the sticker fails within 3 months from application and has been properly applied (clean surface, instructions followed), we may offer a replacement, especially if it’s a manufacturing issue.
In most cases, problems are caused by improper application — not letting the adhesive cure for 24 hours or applying on poor surfaces.
3. Wrong Size or Color?
Please double-check your selection before checkout.
If the size or color was selected incorrectly by mistake, we cannot accept returns. If unsure, please contact us before ordering.
Each product lists the available colors and sizes. If something is missing from options, it means we don’t offer it.
4. No minimum order — but more = better
There’s no minimum order amount.
However, larger orders may receive more bonus stickers or even a discount on a future order if an issue appears.
5. Shipping Issues
If you don’t receive a tracking number from Posten within 3 business days of confirming your order, contact us immediately and we’ll investigate.
